About Trent

About Trent:

Spending his childhood in New Braunfels, TX and his professional career in San Antonio, TX, South Texas has always been “home” for Trent Boarnet.

Growing up with two Realtor parents, Trent’s exposure to the real estate industry began at an early age.  However, it wasn’t until 2006, after a 13-year career as a stylist and salon owner, that Trent decided he would continue the family legacy in real estate.

Now well into his career, Trent is a multi-million dollar producer, has been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, and has earned a variety of industry awards.  Within his brokerage, Keller Williams Heritage, he is a two-time Top Listing Unit award winner, a seven-time Gold Award winner, and has been recognized as a 5 Star Professional every year since 2016.  He is a five-time recipient of the brokerage’s Spirit award, an award given to agents who bolster the Keller Williams culture and community within their brokerage, and has been recognized twice by the Platinum Top 50 organization. Additionally, Trent trains other agents at his brokerage on the nuances of real estate and was recognized by his peers as Faculty Member Of The Year in 2012.

Trent’s three pillars of business, educate, communicate, and negotiate, serve as his roadmap for every transaction for which he is involved.  With a goal to empower his clients to make educated decisions, Trent likes being known as the “no-surprises” guy. As a skilled, proactive negotiator, Trent’s end goal is success in both a home sale and a home purchase; one of the many reasons why over 75% of his business consists of repeat and referral clients.

To better serve his clients, Trent has earned the designations of Military Relocation Professional and Certified Negotiation Expert and is a member of several local and national Realtor associations. Additionally, he serves on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), a prestigious committee within his brokerage reserved for top-producing associates.

Outside of his career in real estate, Trent is an active member in his community.  He has served on the board of Jewish Family Services, currently acts as vice president on the Board Of Trustees at Temple Beth-El, and is actively involved in the Castle Hills Community Organization.

Trent’s steadfast dedication to delivering exceptional value to his clients, combined with his integrity and passion for real estate, is what sets him apart from others in the industry, proving that, for him, being a Realtor is more than a job, it’s a way of life.
